Check out my new D&D Adventurers League release: The Gloom of Glimmer-Goo Cove. This family friendly, Dr. Suess flavored adventure was originally created for San Diego Comic Con 2025 and features a whimsical romp inspired by Ellen Browning Scripps Park, which itself inspired The Lorax.

As such, this adventure is filled with silly whimsical things, strange names, and no small amount of rhyming. It is purposefully rather straightforward and simple, the villain quite obvious, and overall, quite silly with a clear moral. Its great for kids or adults that just want to have a uproarious two hours. Lean into the whimsey and enjoy!

The seaside town of La-Joo-la, famed for its colorful Whisper-Whorl trees and musical Chime-Bell flowers, has fallen silent. The flowers no longer ring, and the once vibrant trees are fading to a dull, listless grey. The reclusive Grovewarden blames the town's newest artisan, the charismatic Tiefling Delmara Grift. Her workshop produces "Glimmer-Goo," a magical polish beloved by the townsfolk for the sparkle it provides. Can the adventurers find a way to neutralize the pollution before the Grovewarden and his sacred tree fade away forever? A 2-Hour Adventure for Tier 1 Characters inspired by Ellen Browning Scripps Park. Optimized for APL 3.
